As Christmas is only 7 weeks away this means families will be taking holidays. If you wish to apply for the holiday discount please return your re-enrolment and holiday form so this can be applied to your account. We also need to know who will be here over January as staff will be taking holidays and there will be a smaller roster over this period. Please let us know by end 11/7/16.

Our House will be open on Sunday November 27th for approximately from 10:30 am – 12:30am. Please come down and enjoy a sausage in bread, fairy floss, and have your kids enjoy the jumping castle. Let your friends know they can take a tour of the centre.

Hello and welcome to all of Our House families. As we reach the end of the year, we would like to say how great it has been to watch the children’s self esteem and confidence grow. We love getting to know all of them. The children have developed strongly because of our amazing team. We are all dedicated to providing beautiful learning opportunities for the children and being their advocate for their play.

Our House now offers occasional care. Subject to availability. Care from 8.30am – 12.30pm. $65 per day.

We did a mock evacuation this month to be prepared to ensure the children’s safety. You will notice the updated evacuation maps and info on the walls.

We are turning off lights for approximately 1 hour a day as well as saving water to teach the children all about caring for the environment.

Please remember to make sure your child has a sunsmart hat in daycare with them daily. Toddler and kinder children also need to be provided with sunscreen.

Come see our brand new renovated kitchen – Fresh Cooked meals will be fed to the children on the premises as from next week after council approval. Stop by and meet our new cook Kate.

Hi my name is Cameron and I am the new Kindergarten Teacher at Our House Early Learning World. I have worked in the Early Childhood Industry for around ten years in numerous roles such as a kinder teacher in a variety of services, a prep teacher and an inclusion support facilitator. I love my sport and enjoy being outdoors with room to move. I have an 18-month old son named Connor who has changed my perspectives and views on child development greatly. I am looking forward to getting to know families and children better and continuing to share the learning opportunities that present themselves.

We are now taking re-enrolments for 2017. Enrollment forms will be emailed out on Monday 10th October. Forms must be returned by Friday 11th November if you intend to have your child funded with us in 2017. For all enrollment enquiries please contact Marlene.
